A message dated May 11, 2000, was received stating the Governor has            
signed the following bill and is transmitting the engrossed and enrolled       
copies to the Lieutenant Governor's office for permanent filing:               
                                                                               
SENATE CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 130(L&C)                                         
"An Act adding limited liability companies and limited liability              
partnerships to the organizations that can be authorized to practice           
architecture, engineering, land surveying, and landscape                       
architecture; relating to the review of drawings and specifications            
for compliance with building codes; and relating to state and                  
municipal contracts for architectural, engineering, land surveying,            
and landscape architectural services."
